Improve your decision making at work or at home. With Decision Table you can build complex decisions in a transparent and clear format that stimulates discussion and reduces biases.

Define a limited number of discrete decision outcomes (scenarios), and the criteria (factors) by which you will judge each of these scenarios. Use a mix of qualitative and quantitative criteria to capture how your values and metrics map to the decision options, and optionally highlight the recommended decision.

Decision Table is primarily designed, given its layout, for Mac and iPad but this iPhone version reads the same file format, using Apples familiar file/document manager on each platform, with access to iCloud etc., allowing decisions to be prepared, edited or viewed even just on iPhone.
